Very good job Connor +Josh fitted pump in very awkward place under bath they had to re jig pipe work shower nice powerfull now ,they also fiited a new Boiler for me last November competive price I will high recommend this firm to anyone very Happy Russ
We contacted Josh when our boiler failed to work. His response was quick and professional. The work was completed to a high standard and their communication and knowledge was excellent too.
Josh was personable yet professional. He initially came to fit a new gas hob and install a new sink, I was really pleased with the work as it required cutting into the worktop. He listened to what I wanted and the job was perfect. When I had an issue with my boiler a few weeks later I text Josh with a brief diagnostic and he called and talked me through how to rule out certain issues. The instructions were spot on and enabled me to identify a problem with the pump which had got stuck...once released the heating and hot water ran again. Cannot recommend Josh and his workmanship enough
Both Josh and Connor were thoroughly professional in their approach to the job and explained to us what the problems were and how they were going to rectify them. We would certainly recommend them and we asked them to come back to service our central heating boiler and water softener the following week. The servicing of the boiler was exceptional as they stripped out all the components and thoroughly cleaned them as well as replacing the fuel nozzle as well as performing the mandatory CO/CO2 emission tests. A great job.

I contacted this company first thing last Monday, The gentleman was working in Barnet. I asked him if he could call on my brother who lived in Lambourn. I live in Cheshire and was concerned about my brother’s heating system that had packed up over the weekend. Aquaheat Services said he would call in on his way home after 6pm. He did in fact call after 8.30pm and spent quite some time sorting the system out. My brother paid him some money. I had agreed to pay it so Josh left it in the bathroom. Not many reliable and honest Companies these days. Thank you a great job done. Well done.
Josh was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed the fault quickly. He also did an extremely good job of explaining the details of how my heating system worked. I recommend him.

Great lads kept me informed on all aspects of the job from getting the parts and to when they was going to turn up to, very courteous and polite.
The work carried out by aquaheat and in particular josh was exceptional, his professionalism throughout was unquestionable and service he provided was first class , the issue was several oil leaks on an old boiler and oil line from tank to boiler . previously sending other contractors to repair the leak and issue with the boiler on several occasions to no joy of a repair yet aquaheat have come in and gave us a full report on what the issues where with evidence and to our knowledge have repaired all issues. overall i would highly recommend using Aquaheat and we will be using them in the future!
Aquaheat came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Was experiencing issues with a (not very smart) smart thermostat and wanted it swapped over to the original. Josh arrived promptly, was very diligent and professional in his work and explained everything clearly and comprehensively. Would thoroughly recommend and Indeed will be keeping hold of his number for when we need any further work carried out in future.
